Prep Work

  1. Roughly chop the onions, carrots, beans, cabbage, broccoli, and celery

  2. Peel the garlic cloves and keep them whole

  3. Keep all the ingredients within reach, so the cooking process flows smoothly

Method

  1. Take a pot and heat it.

  2. Add oil. Then add bay leaf and garlic cloves

  3. Add onions and mix well.

  4. Next, add the roughly cut carrots, beans, cabbage, broccoli, and celery.

  5. Mix everything well and maintain the flame on low.

  6. Then, add salt and pepper powder. Adjust the seasoning according to the vegetable quantities you are using.

  7. Pour water and keep the flame on medium. Let the vegetables cook for about 30 minutes.

  8. After 30 minutes, turn off the stove and let the broth cool down completely.

  9. Then strain the broth, transfer it to a glass jar and freeze it for up to 2-3 months or store it in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.

  10. You can use this delicious vegetable broth as a base for other recipes or simply heat it up and enjoy it as a comforting soup.
