Boil potatoes until soft, then peel and cube them.

Dry roast the peanuts in a pan until golden brown.

Once cooled, rub the peanuts between your palms to remove the skin.

Grind the roasted peanuts coarsely using a mixer.

In a large bowl, mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
