1 star anise (based on spice level)
1 mace (based on spice level)
1tbsp cumin seeds
2 onions
4 green chili
2tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 tomato (finely chopped)
2tbsp curd
14tbsp turmeric Powder
1tbsp cumin seeds
1tbsp garam masala
1pinch salt (based on taste preference)
1handfull of coriander leaves
2.25cup water
1handful of mint leaves
2tsp red chilli powder
2 bay leaves (based on spice level)
Instructions
Prep Work

Soaking the Basmati Rice
Wash the basmati rice well and soak it in water for about 30 minutes and set it aside.

Cut the Paneer
Cut the paneer into medium-sized cubes and place them in a bowl.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to coat the paneer. Mix it well. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
