Grease an 8-inch cake tin and line with butter paper.
Add orange juice, lemon juice, lemon rinds,orange rinds, and apple juice. Simmer for 15 mins until the fruits soften.
Gradually add flour until the batter is smooth.
Pour batter into the prepared tin, tap to remove air bubbles.
