How do I clean mushrooms properly?

Wipe them with a damp cloth or rinse quickly under water and pat dry.

Should I chop the mushrooms or keep them whole?

You can do either! Whole mushrooms give a meatier bite, while chopped ones cook faster.

Can I use pre-minced garlic instead of fresh?

Yes, but fresh garlic gives the best flavor.

What type of mushrooms work best for this recipe?

Button mushrooms or cremini mushrooms work great!

Can I use dried coriander instead of fresh?

Fresh coriander gives a better taste, but dried works in a pinch.

Can I use oil instead of butter?

Butter gives a richer taste, but oil can be used as a substitute.

How do I know when the mushrooms are fully cooked?

They should be tender and slightly browned.

Can I add cream to make it extra creamy?

Absolutely! A splash of cream will enhance the richness.

What can I serve this with?

It pairs well with bread, pasta, or rice.

Can I store leftovers?

Yes! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days
