Chop garlic
Finely chop garlic for the eggs and butter for sauce

Whisk eggs
Crack eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper, chilli flakes, and garlic. Whisk well.
Method

Heat butter & oil
In a pan, add oil and butter, spreading evenly.

Cook scrambled eggs
Pour egg mixture in, cook over high heat while scrambling. Once done, remove and set aside. -
Melt butter for sauce
In the same pan, melt butter. -
Sauté garlic
Add chopped garlic and cook until fragrant. -
Season the sauce
Add salt, pepper, and chilli flakes. Stir well. -
Thicken sauce
Mix in corn flour, then add boiled milk, stirring until smooth. -
Add seasoning
Keep the flame medium low.stir in Italian seasoning and chopped coriander. -
Combine eggs & sauce
Return scrambled eggs to the pan, mix well, and coat evenly. -
Serve hot
