Method

  1. Grind biscuits into a fine powder, mix with ghee, and set aside.

  2. In a pan, boil milk until it reduces by half.
  3. Add instant coffee powder to the boiling milk and let it boil for a while.
  4. Mix in vanilla essence, cinnamon powder, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. Add corn flour slurry to the milk while stirring continuously. Cook for 3 mins.
  6. Turn off the stove once thick and let the mixture cool.
  7. Press biscuit mixture into serving glasses, then pour the milk mixture on top.
  8. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  9. Garnish with chocolate shavings and serve immediately.
