Prep Work

  1. Finely chop garlic for the eggs and butter for sauce

  2. Crack eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper, chilli flakes, and garlic. Whisk well.

Method

  1. In a pan, add oil and butter, spreading evenly.

  2. Pour egg mixture in, cook over high heat while scrambling. Once done, remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter.
  4. Add chopped garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Add salt, pepper, and chilli flakes. Stir well.
  6. Mix in corn flour, then add boiled milk, stirring until smooth.
  7. Keep the flame medium low.stir in Italian seasoning and chopped coriander.
  8. Return scrambled eggs to the pan, mix well, and coat evenly.
  9. Enjoy with toasted bread or warm flatbread.
