Soaking the ingredients
Rinse rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds a few times. Soak them in water for 3 hours.

Soaking flattened rice
Wash flattened rice well and soak for 30 minutes. -
Grinding the batter
Blend soaked rice, dal, and fenugreek with the poha into a smooth batter. -
Fermenting the batter
Transfer to a bowl, add salt, mix well, and let it ferment for 8 hours.

Prepare the batter
After fermentation, mix the batter well, add turmeric powder and salt, and mix again.

Heat the tawa
Heat a dosa tawa on medium heat until hot. -
Pour & spread batter
Pour a ladle of batter onto the tawa and spread evenly to a medium thickness. -
Add ghee
Drizzle a little ghee around the dosa. -
Cook on one side
Let the dosa cook on one side until golden and slightly porous. -
Flip & cook other side
Flip the dosa carefully and cook the other side for a few seconds. -
Serve & enjoy
Serve hot with chutney or vada curry.
